Shipping & Returns
You can exchange or return an item that you ordered online at www.chronoverse.nl for free within 14 days. You can do this by visiting one of our stores or by arranging for the product to be picked up from your home. Please use our return procedure for this. To return a product, you must first notify Chronoverse.

How do I return my online order?
You can send an email to contact@chronoverse.nl.

Our products are always checked for any damage. Please indicate whether you would like a different product or if you prefer to have your money refunded.

Return Conditions
The item is in new and authentic condition.
The item has no damage or signs of wear.
The item is still in the original brand box.
All original (warranty) papers are undisturbed.
Any protective films on the item must not have been removed.
If an item does not meet the above conditions, it cannot be accepted. You will be notified in such cases. The purchased item will remain the property of the customer.

Once we have received the item, it will be assessed by a specialist from Chronoverse. If the above conditions have been met, Chronoverse will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days. Refunds are always made to the account used for payment. For example, if you paid via iDeal, the amount will be refunded to the used account. If you used a Credit Card payment, the amount will also be refunded to that card.

If you wish to exchange an item, a Chronoverse staff member will contact you to arrange this. If there is a price difference, you will receive instructions regarding it.
